Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms of Service ("Agreement"), the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Bravery", "we", "us", "our": Bravery Technology LTD (a company incorporated in the United Kingdom)
- "Platform": The Bravery AI artificial intelligence-powered chat and productivity platform and all related services
- "User", "you", "your": Any natural or legal person using the Platform
- "AI Models": Artificial intelligence models offered through the Platform, including Bravery Mini, Bravery Pro and Bravery Max
- "Content": Any text, file, image and data created, uploaded or shared through the Platform
- "Service": All features and functions provided through the Platform
1.2 Parties
This Agreement is entered into between Bravery Technology LTD (United Kingdom) on one part and the User using the Platform on the other.
1.3 Acceptance
By creating an account on or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Bravery AI is an artificial intelligence-powered chat and productivity platform. The Platform offers the following core features:
- AI Chat: Interactive conversations with Bravery Mini, Bravery Pro and Bravery Max models
- Memory System: AI learns from previous conversations to provide personalised responses
- Projects: Project management to organise conversations and files
- File Upload: Attach and analyse files within conversations
- Data Export: Download all your data in a portable format
Bravery reserves the right to modify, update or add to the Platform's features, scope and AI models offered, with prior notice.
3. Account Creation and Security
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years old. Accounts of users found to be under 18 will be terminated immediately.
3.2 Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify us at info@braverytechnology.com.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Plan Types
The Platform offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter (Free): Basic AI chat features, limited usage quota
- Plus (Paid): Expanded usage quota, additional features
- Ultra (Paid): Highest usage quota, full access to all features, priority support
4.2 Pricing
Prices for paid plans are published on the Platform and kept up to date. Bravery reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period, and you will be notified prior to any change.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed by our PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your credit card details are not stored on Bravery's servers. Stripe's privacy policy and security standards apply to payment security.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page, effective at the end of your current period.
5.3 Refund Policy
For paid plans, the Service is provided throughout the subscription period following payment. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-period. The subscription remains active until the end of the current period. Bravery may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances.
6. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations:
- Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement
- Not create or share content that infringes the rights of third parties
- Not engage in any actions that may compromise the security, integrity or performance of the Platform
- Not use the Platform for reverse engineering, source code extraction or copying
- Not use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access the Platform (unless permitted by Bravery)
- Assume responsibility for all content you create or share through the Platform
- Not share your account with others or transfer it to another person
7. Nature of AI Services
This section is particularly important. Please read it carefully before using the Platform.
7.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
Responses generated by AI models are based on probabilistic outputs of large language models. These responses may contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information. This is an inherent limitation of artificial intelligence technology (known as hallucination). Bravery does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI responses.
7.2 Not Professional Advice
AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice in any of the following areas under any circumstances:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment or health advice
- Legal counsel or legal advice
- Financial investment or tax advice
- Psychological or psychiatric support
You must always consult a qualified professional in the relevant field before making decisions in these areas.
7.3 User Responsibility
It is your responsibility to verify AI outputs and ensure their accuracy before use. Bravery shall not be held responsible for decisions made based on AI responses or the consequences of such decisions.
7.4 Disclaimer
Bravery is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused or potentially caused by responses generated by AI models. The User acknowledges that they use AI responses at their own risk and responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Platform Rights
The Bravery AI platform, its software, design, logos, trademarks and all related technology are the property of Bravery Technology LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 User Content
Rights to the text you input (inputs) and the responses provided to you by the AI (outputs) belong to you to the extent permitted by applicable law. Bravery does not claim ownership of user content.
8.3 Intellectual Property Status of AI Outputs
The intellectual property status of AI-generated content has not yet been fully regulated in many jurisdictions. If you use AI outputs for commercial or professional purposes, the responsibility for any intellectual property risks that may arise lies with you. We recommend seeking legal advice where necessary.
8.4 Licence
By using the Platform, you grant Bravery a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs and content for the purpose of providing the Service (generating AI responses, memory feature, etc.). This licence is limited solely to service delivery.
9. Content Policy
The creation, sharing or use of the Platform for the following types of content is strictly prohibited:
- Content that promotes, plans or facilitates illegal activities
- Content that incites violence, terrorism or hate speech
- Child sexual abuse materials or content relating to the sexual exploitation of children
- Content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Unauthorised collection, processing or disclosure of personal data
- Creation or distribution of malware, viruses or malicious code
- Spam, fraud or phishing activities
- Content used for the purpose of harassment, threats or bullying
Bravery reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate the relevant accounts without prior notice. For detailed information, please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Service Continuity
10.1 Service Changes
Bravery reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the Platform's features, functions, AI models offered and infrastructure with prior notice. Paid plan users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
10.2 Maintenance and Interruptions
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Bravery endeavours to announce planned maintenance in advance where possible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10.3 Service Termination
Should Bravery decide to terminate the Platform entirely, paid plan users will be given at least 60 days' prior notice and sufficient time to export their data.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 "As Is" Provision
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bravery makes no express or implied warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. All warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, are hereby disclaimed.
11.2 Maximum Liability
Bravery's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed, in any event, the total amount paid by the User to Bravery in the 12 (twelve) months immediately preceding the relevant event. For free plan users, this limit is zero.
11.3 Indirect Damages
Under no circumstances shall Bravery be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or punitive damages, including but not limited to indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, loss of reputation, loss of opportunity or punitive damages. This limitation applies regardless of whether Bravery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
12.1 Suspension by Bravery
Bravery may suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy
- Engagement in or suspicion of illegal activities
- Behaviour that endangers Platform security or other users
- Failure to fulfil payment obligations
12.2 Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Account deletion is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
12.3 Refunds in Case of Violation
No subscription fee refunds will be issued to users whose accounts are suspended or terminated due to a breach of this Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
13.3 Amicable Resolution
The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. In the event of any complaint or dispute, we kindly ask that you first contact us at info@braverytechnology.com.
14. Changes to This Agreement
Bravery reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time. In the event of significant changes, at least 30 days' prior notice will be given via the Platform or by email. Changes take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account, and paid plan users may continue to use the Service until the end of their current period.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2 Waiver
Bravery's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15.3 Assignment
The User may not assign the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement without the prior written consent of Bravery. Bravery may assign this Agreement to any third party.
